Take Me to the Ball Game

First off, Happy Easter everyone! This weekend is just another blur - on Saturday, went to the Philadelphia Phillies vs. Toronto Blue Jays with my love and friends. I'm not a fan of baseball but went anyway just for the food, alcoholic drinks and great company plus the sun decided to show up! I'm telling you, this cold weather needs to go away already! It's about to be April and I'm still wearing jackets and scarves!...what's wrong with that picture?!! Well, I wish everyone a Happy Easter with family & friends.

Tip: I put my outfit together like this so I can visualize if they all look good or they go together, maybe it'll work for you...

watch: Michael Kors | evil eye bracelet: gifted from Greece | silver thread: Juicy Couture | silver bangle: Forever21
Always helpful to have a cross-body bag when you're going to a crowded venue so you don't have to bump into people with your back-breaking, enormous bag...and it's just comfortable AND your hands are free to carry two cups of margaritas?
Comfiest sneaks ever ^^

Pork Buns

Shoyu Ramen
It's Monday once again...everybody falls back into their weekly routine and such so I decided to veer off of that and thought that the bf and I should go have dinner somewhere - rain or shine! We decided to go back to Terakawa Ramen in Chinatown - it's cold, it's raining, it's like this weather is forcing you to have ramen (totally justifying). We have been to this restaurant before and we liked it; I mean, it's not Daikokuya Ramen in Downtown LA but it'll do. We got pork buns for appetizer and both got shoyu ramen for our entree. It was delish and definitely satisfied my ramen cravings...for now. Oh, stopped by Tea Talk (also in Chinatown) to grab my favorite - red bean pudding milk tea before heading home.

Random but I received these lovely earrings in the mail today. I didn't expect them to be so big but I love that they are! I can't wait to style them...

One Weekend...

So I haven't posted anything in about a week or so - that's because I've been busy with my new career! (yay!) I recently got promoted in my company and the transition has been taking most of my time lately. Well, today was a little hectic as well but since the temperature outside continues to drop, we decided to just stay in the rest of the day (boo!). I haven't dressed up as much as I want to because this cold temp just lingers so here are my random musings for now... enjoy and have a happy Sunday-Funday! ^^

oops...did a little congratulatory gift for myself

It's not always sunny in Philadelphia but when it is...

Sunday Brunch at Mixto Philadelphia

Hola! Happy Sunday! We usually become lazies on Sunday morning unless there are a bunch of people that invites us to brunch. Well, today, we decided to go. I voted to go to Cuba Libre which is one of my favorite brunch place in the city but since we haven't tried the Mixto brunch, we decided to go there instead. We have been there for dinner many times and we LOVE it so I don't know why we thought it would be any different. As expected, Mixto didn't fail us - our food was just oh-so-yummmmmmy (no exaggeration!)! If you're every in the Center City Philly, this is a must-try ^^

Furrr-st Timer!

Haloo! First time to show you all the reason why I really wanted to open a blog (not because I'm just bored) - FASHIONNN! I can't wait to show you how I style my outfits based on my lifestyle and how I feel that day.

Okay - there are some things about Jersey that I try not to get associated with -- cheetah print is one thing but wearing fur vests?? Well, faux fur since I love me some animals. Until... my coworker gave me this Rachel Roy vest as her parting gift. I just couldn't resist the softness of it and when I saw it, all these fashion ideas came to my head so I gladly accepted it (Thanks, Charlotte!). It's not that cold today so I decided to just wear it out without wearing another jacket. I kept it as not-too-Jersey as possible (no offense NJ!) ^^
