I finally checked out the flea market by our place and I love it! There is definitely a plethora of stuff and junk that you can turn into something beautiful. The Phila Flea Market is located on Broad & Callowhill. A must see on the weekends starting April 2013 - for more info and schedules, visit www.philafleamarkets.org. I found great stuff for my future DIY projects and home decor ^^

So many treasures to be found. Your post makes me miss living in Philly. I grew up in NJ then moved to Philly for a couple years after I got married. Thanks for sharing the flea market.
