Color Me Bad

Sunday-Funday once again! It turned out to be an eventful day - Sundays are usually a lazy day for us. We met up with friends at Federal Donuts for some fried chicken & donuts (not to be confused with fried chicken & waffles! ^^) and yes, those two can go together and trust me - they are amazing! After brunch, we picked up Dillon at home and walked to our other friends' place to keep them company during their yard sale. We're so happy for them for their new house...and future grill! :)

I finally checked out the flea market by our place and I love it! There is definitely a plethora of stuff and junk that you can turn into something beautiful. The Phila Flea Market is located on Broad & Callowhill. A must see on the weekends starting April 2013 - for more info and schedules, visit www.philafleamarkets.org. I found great stuff for my future DIY projects and home decor ^^

Friday Night at Devon's

I always can't wait till my weekend arrives but, when Friday arrives - I'm tired to do anything! This past Friday was a wee bit different since the temperature is starting to go up (about time!). The bf and I along with my pup Dillon decided to walk around the Rittenhouse Park and decided that we should grab a drink and dinner outside and enjoy the first stint of warm temp. We were going to dine at Parc but it was waaaay too busy so decided to go next door at Devon's - it's one of the good seafood restaurant in the city! Some friends decided to meet us that made our night a little more fun. Fridays are always tough but you just have to get your butt out there and enjoy the rest of your day ^^

Take Me to the Ball Game

First off, Happy Easter everyone! This weekend is just another blur - on Saturday, went to the Philadelphia Phillies vs. Toronto Blue Jays with my love and friends. I'm not a fan of baseball but went anyway just for the food, alcoholic drinks and great company plus the sun decided to show up! I'm telling you, this cold weather needs to go away already! It's about to be April and I'm still wearing jackets and scarves!...what's wrong with that picture?!! Well, I wish everyone a Happy Easter with family & friends.
